Retour de 9 ans d'expérience d'Emmanuel Marchand à la Ferme du Mont d'Or
Quand ?
1er avril 2025 et visio de 17h à 18h30 (prolongement jusqu'à 19h pour questions plus précises)

Depuis 2016 la Ferme du Mont d'Or accueille Arozooar qui produit des légumes, des plants et plus récemment du pain issu des farines de la ferme. Avec 20 personnes en insertion et une équipe de 7 permanents.
La Ferme du Mont d'Or cultive en bio des céréales et des légumineuses sur 85 ha vers la Rochelle. Production de thym, bières, farines. Démarche agroécologiques avec haies, agroforesterie, mares, etc. pour favoriser la biodiversité et la vie des sols.
La ferme a libéré 6 ha progressivement et partagé la ressource en eau pour accueillir le jardin de Cocagne.

La Ferme Bio de They est l’une de ces fermes modèles par sa diversité et son autonomie. En AB depuis 40 ans, en polyculture-élevage sur 200 ha (12 pers.) : porcs, volailles, bovins, méthanisation, solaire, boucherie, écogîte, blé, meunerie, maraîchage, boutique à la ferme. Elle fait partie des membres fondateurs du réseau EUfarms. Ce voyage d’étude permettra une vision systémique du lieu.
